TecTank Flat Panel Dry Bulk Storage Systems

CST’s TecTank FP^® design includes an optimized bolt pattern, increased steel thickness, reduced hardware and fewer penetration points. The jackable flat panel bolted design of TecTank FP is superior to competitive designs in the dry bulk industry and is available in short lead time, pre-configured models, as well as fully customizable designs. Pre-configured models are available in four standard sizes and with 50 percent lead time improvement vs. non-pre-configured chime models.

Lead time is within 10 weeks of order. TecTank FP features the industry-leading leak-free gasket, available in either EPDM or Viton (temps to 450°F).

Trico Bond Epoxy + CST’s Superior Coating Process

Coatings are the first line of defense in protecting the integrity of your assets. CST’s Bolted Epoxy TecTanks feature Trico Bond EP (Epoxy Powder) Coating, using our proprietary OptiBond process. This coating delivers outstanding performance and is the industry standard for epoxy durability. It resists corrosion, UV breakdown and abrasion. Trico Bond SD (Severe Duty) provides extra protection where longer life cycles are required.

The OptiBond coating system is derived from years of in-field experience and performance data. While other companies make claims about their proprietary epoxy products, CST continues to invest in the OptiBond process to ensure it delivers superior performance and long-lasting results.
