Jeff Mueller
President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff joined CST Industries as President and Chief Executive Officer. Jeff is an experienced and poised leader who has worked at all levels of several best in class organizations and has extensive experience in engineering and operations. Prior to CST, Jeff worked as President of Generac Consumer Power and also previously served as Group President of the Broan Division at Nortek. Jeff began his career at the Kohler Company, where he rose to Global President for the Faucet Division. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Marquette University.

Jim Hickey
Chief Financial OfficerJim joined CST in 2019 as CFO. Jim has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership roles within the industrial manufacturing industry. He comes to CST from Rotation Dynamics Corp, a global manufacturer of roller related products, where he was the CFO since 2002 and played a key role in growing the company to the #2 position worldwide. Before that success, he has held leadership positions at Atlantis Plastics Films and Borden, Inc. He has extensive experience in leading finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning for organizations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University.

Matt Gregg
Vice PresidentMatt joined CST in 2014. Matt has more than 23 years of experience in leading manufacturing and commercial excellence. Before joining CST, he has held various executive management roles with National Steel, Emerson and Rexnord. Matt earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

Greg Hentschel
Vice President, Global EngineeringGreg joined CST in 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, product development and product management. Prior to CST, Greg worked as an engineer and then head of product management at SPX. From there he transitioned to VP of Engineering at Columbian TecTank, CST Storage and now VP of Global Engineering for CST. Greg earned his B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Missouri – Columbia and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Greg has ten patents in various fields ranging from acoustics to heat transfer.

Erik Carson
Vice President of Global SalesErik joined CST in 2001 and has held various sales leadership positions in the domestic and international markets. In his current role, Erik is responsible for sales efforts for all CST products globally. Erik earned his B.S. in Business from Pittsburg State University with emphasis in Marketing and Accounting. Erik is based out of CST Industries corporate office in Kansas City, MO.

Tom DeDonder
Vice President, Construction & ServicesTom is Vice President of Construction and Services and has been with CST for 11 years and has held many roles for CST. His current responsibilities include oversight of all construction and field service activities, along with a focus on developing the after-market service business. Tom has 20 years of experience in construction, project management, and field operations. Before joining CST, he worked for Koch Industries and Burns & McDonnell. Tom earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.
