President and Chief Executive Officer

Tim joined CST Industries as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Storage Division. Tim has more than 20 years of experience in the industrial manufacturing and services industries. Prior to CST, Tim has worked for market leading firms including United Technologies, Gardner Denver, Rexnord, Kaydon and Dayco. Tim earned his MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business and his BBA in Business from Eastern Michigan University.

Chief Financial Officer

Chris joined CST in 2007 as CFO. Chris leads all financial and treasury functions of the company. Before joining CST, Chris served as CFO for The Hartz Mountain Corporation. He graduated from The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario with a degree in Business Administration and is A Certified Management Accountant.

Kay Jarvis

Vice President, Human Resources

Kay joined CST in 2015 as the Vice President of Human Resources. In her role, she leads talent management, people development and Human Resources strategy and practices, stewarding the culture toward high performance teams, positive employee engagement and programs that provide a competitive advantage. Kay has a B.S. from Baker University in Baldwin, KS and her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. She brings over 20 years of experience in working with organizations focused on quality growth and people.

John Delaney

John Delaney 

Vice President, Sales

John is VP of Sales for CST Covers and has been with CST since 1993.  He has over 20 years of experience marketing aluminum structures and is responsible for the global sales efforts of CST Covers, the largest aluminum covers company in the world.  John is based out of CST Covers’ headquarters in Conroe, Texas.

Matt Gregg

Vice President, CST+ Business System and Customer Experience

Matt joined CST in 2014 and is responsible for the Operating Business System – CST+ and the Lean transformation in the Plants and all functional areas. Matt has more than 20 years of experience in leading manufacturing and commercial excellence. Before joining CST, he has held various executive management roles with National Steel, Emerson and Rexnord. Matt earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

Jon Dilley

Jon Dilley 

Vice President, Marketing

Jon joined CST in 2015 as the Vice President of Global Marketing. In his role, he leads efforts driving market intelligence, strategic product portfolio management and communication of the CST brands, culture and differentiated value propositions delivering customer benefits. Before joining CST, Jon served as the Director of Marketing at Rexnord in Milwaukee, WI. Jon has a B.A. from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN and an MBA from Indiana University.

Greg Hentschel

Greg Hentschel 

Vice President, Global Engineering

Greg joined CST in 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, product development and product management. Prior to CST, Greg worked as an engineer and then head of product management at SPX. From there he transitioned to VP of Engineering at Columbian TecTank, CST Storage and now VP of Global Engineering for CST. Greg earned his B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Missouri – Columbia and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Greg has ten patents in various fields ranging from acoustics to heat transfer.

Vice President, Construction & Services

Tom is Vice President of Construction and Services and has been with CST for 11 years and has held many roles for CST. His current responsibilities include oversight of all construction and field service activities, along with a focus on developing the after-market service business. Tom has 20 years of experience in construction, project management, and field operations. Before joining CST, he worked for Koch Industries and Burns & McDonnell. Tom earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University.

Brad Barkley

Vice President, Operations & Manufacturing

Brad joined CST in 2015 as the Vice President of Operations & Manufacturing. In his role, he leads efforts in Lean manufacturing, quality and supply chain. Brad has extensive experience with Strategy Deployment, Toyota Production Systems, Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement activities. Before joining CST, Brad served as the North American Director of Continuous Improvement for WS Packaging Group. Brad earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte and is certified in Six Sigma.

Dann Burghardt

Dann Burghardt 

Vice President, Global Supply-Chain & SIOP

Dann joined CST Industries as Vice President of Supply-Chain and SIOP in 2015. Dann has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing Operations and Supply-Chain Management. Prior to CST, Dann has worked for market leading companies including Oshkosh Corporation, SKF Industries, Rexnord, The Manitowoc Company and Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Dann has his BBA in Business Administration / Accounting as well as Master’s work in Finance from Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts.
