Ocean One Condominiums on Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach is the second of the two tower condominium complex that CST Team has built in Miami. Ocean One is a 29-story condominium complex with a number of truss supported structures throughout the lobby and continuing to the exterior of the building.

The exterior trusses are clad with glass providing some rain protection at the porte cochere. There is also two modified hip-shaped roof pyramids on top of the building to disguise the boiler and mechanical rooms. The aluminum framing was finished with Kynar XL silver.
