Declan McLaughlin

President and Chief Executive Officer

Declan joined CST as President of the Columbian TecTank Division in 2009. He became President and CEO of CST Industries in 2011. Prior to CST, Declan held various executive and management roles including VP General Manager of SPX Corporation’s Global Package Products business unit. He received his Higher National Diplomas in Engineering from North West London College and a diploma for business studies from the Open University in the UK.

Chris Bridgnell

Chief Financial Officer

Chris joined CST in 2007 as CFO. Chris leads all financial and treasury functions of the company. Before joining CST, Chris served as CFO for The Hartz Mountain Corporation. He graduated from The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario with a degree in Business Administration and is A Certified Management Accountant.

Steve Westfall

President, CST Storage – Vice President, CST

Steve joined CST in 2011 to lead our CST Storage Division, the largest bolted steel storage tank company in the world. Prior to coming to CST, Steve spent many years in senior management roles at Eagle Picher Industries and most recently was President and CEO of Detroit Tool Metal Products. He earned his MBA and BS in Business Administration from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas.

Joe Kerner

President, CST Covers – Vice President, CST

Joe joined CST in 2011 to lead our CST Covers Division, the largest aluminum cover company in the world. Prior to becoming a part of our team, Joe has spent his career growing and improving businesses, most recently as COO of Oilgear, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and his MBA in Operations Management from Bowling Green State University in Bowling green, Ohio.

Chip Breitweiser

President, CST International – Vice President, CST

Chip joined CST in 2010 to lead CST’s International growth efforts. Chip has spent his career with major corporations developing domestic and international business units, most recently as Vice President of HMT, Inc. located in The Woodlands, Texas. He earned a BS degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Tony Thill

Vice President, Business Development

Tony joined CST in 2006 and directs marketing and business development initiatives designed to drive growth for each of CST’s various businesses. Before joining CST, he held various executive and management roles with industrial and commercial companies, most recently as Vice President – General Manager of GE Energy – BHA Group, Inc. Tony earned his BS in Business Administration from The University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.

Yusuf Abu-Hatoum

Chief Information Officer

Yusuf joined CST in 2010 and is responsible for managing all aspects of information strategy and technical infrastructure. He brings years of experience in information technology, business process automation and lean manufacturing. Previously he was CIO of Cleaver Brooks in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Yusuf earned a BBA in Management Information Systems and a MS in Accounting and Information Systems from Bowling Green University in Bowling Green, Ohio.

Jung Lee

Vice President, Procurement

Jung joined CST in 2009 to direct procurement activities across all CST companies. Jung has spent her career driving strategic sourcing initiatives for major corporations. Prior to CST, she was Director of Strategic Sourcing for Avery Dennison and Whirlpool Corporation. Jung graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Information Science.

Rick Wiedemann

Vice President, Product Development

Rick joined CST in 2011 to lead product improvement and development efforts across all CST platforms. Previously Rick held several management positions with SPX Cooling Technologies, most recently leading an engineering support team as Director – Engineering Operations. He holds a BS in Engineering Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a MBA from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas

Summer Pommier

Director, Continuous Improvement

Summer joined CST in 2010 to lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across all CST platforms. Prior to joining our team, she was Operational Excellence Leader for SPX Cooling Technologies and also held various positions in product development, research and continuous improvement with several other companies. Summer holds a Master of Science degree in engineering technology from Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, Kansas.
